ALL EYES ON RAFAH
date. 2024
People are dying, and I can’t do anything to stop it. I wake up every day to the same devastating news: families gone, homes destroyed, children pulled from the rubble. And then I step outside, and the world here is quiet. It feels like a betrayal, like screaming into the void while everyone else keeps going, unaware. The world looks away, but I can’t.
Drowning in deadlines and responsibilities, I made this poster. I printed it, hung it around my neighborhood, and hoped that maybe, even for a second, someone would stop. Someone would see. Someone would care.
This is why I love graphic design. Because when my voice feels too small, my work can be louder. Because when I feel invisible, my art can demand to be seen. Because even when the world moves on, I refuse to let this be ignored. Because they deserve to be remembered. Because we must not look away.
